Delivery Area

Currently, we are offering delivery services within a 20 km radius of Calgary, Alberta. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate deliveries outside of this radius at this time.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 6-7 business days for your order to be delivered. As a startup, we are personally handling all deliveries to ensure the highest quality service. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with an estimated time of delivery.

For a limited time, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders! This is our way of saying thank you for supporting a small business like ours.

Personalized Delivery

We take pride in personally delivering your Luxe Gift Store products to you. To ensure we provide the best service possible, we ask that you kindly leave a note for us in the "Special Instructions" section at checkout if you have any specific delivery preferences.

What Happens if No One is Home?

If there is no one available to receive your delivery, we will leave your order at the main gate or front entrance of your property (weather permitting) and send you a picture of the product. If you have any concerns about this, please provide clear delivery instructions when placing your order.

Postal Box Deliveries

Please note, we cannot deliver to postal box numbers. A physical address is required for all orders.
